  • ECBC is currently enrolling new students for April 2018 intake

    Admissions for April 2018 into HND Business (RQF) and HND in Health & Social Care (QCF) are currently taking place. Interested applicants are invited to visit the College for more information. Alternatively, they may apply on-line by visiting the College′s website admissions page.

  • NSS 2018

    The National Students Survey 2018 window will open on 5th February for ECBC students. The eligible students will be directly contacted by IPSO Mori to participate. There will be some attractive prizes for the winners of prize draw after the completion of the survey.

  • HER (AP) 2017

    ECBC has been reviewed by QAA team in October 2017. The final report is yet to be published.

  • TEF year 3 participation

    Like the previous academic year (2016-17), ECBC will participate in the TEF Year 3 (2017-18) and send its submissions by the end of January 2018. A successful outcome will help assure the current and future students of its teaching, learning and assessment quality.

  • Pearson AMR 2017-18

    Pearson´s annual Academic Management Review (AMR) at ECBC will take place in February 2018

  • HESA Audit

    Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) team will undertake audit of ECBC´s students´ records at the end of February 2018. This is the first time HESA has decided to undertake such an activity in order to help the Alternative Providers better organise students´ data.


East End Computing and Business College (ECBC) is one of the QAA reviewed higher education colleges in London, UK. It is situated at the junction of the busy Commercial Road and Cannon Street, connecting the eastern fringe of central London. Learning & Research

We encourage our learners to explore research and read to strengthen their learning. Our learners can access all their learning materials placed by their tutors on the VLE (Moodle). Our up-to-date library resources include recent text books and ABI/Inform (Pro Quest) on line academic database. These easily accessible resources help student enhance their learning and facilitate further research to reinforce their learning. For more details please click Resources.

Placements For Vocational Training

At present ECBC runs Pearson BTEC HND in Business and HND in Health & Social Care. In the Health and Social Care programme, learners are expected to take on the job training with suitable business organisations or care homes. Respective teachers and placement officer arrange placement of learners with suitable business or care organisation for practical experience. Formal contract for job experience and supervision to ensure learning outcomes are achieved are monitored.
